Summary Statement
Strategizer Churches focus on ministry projects that require thorough research and structured plans leading to clear outcomes in order to move the ministry forward. Their determination is to conduct ministries that harmonize closely with their theological and ministry values so that the people never have to question the direction of the church or the integrity of their leaders. In order to solve troublesome problems in the church and community, these churches are zealous to develop creative approaches that continually improve the way they do things. When a strategy does not work as planned, they are adaptable enough to change direction after they have analyzed objectively the pertinent programs and structures. Because these churches place a high priority on helping people grow and develop spiritually and in every other part of their lives, they focus on intense interaction with people on a one-to-one basis. They believe in the equipping model which teaches that God is calling all of the laypeople of the church to be engaged in ministries that fit them uniquely while the role of the staff is to serve as equippers and trainers of the people. If these churches are doing their job, the expectation is that growth will result in the lives of individuals and in the number of members in the church.
Strategizer Church Mission Statement
Because we place a high priority on helping people grow spiritually and in every other part of their lives, we focus on intense interaction with one another. We believe that God calls all his people to be engaged in ministries that fit them uniquely while the role of our staff is to serve as equippers and trainers of the people. In order to apply the gospel to the unchurched and to troublesome problems in the community, we are zealous to develop creative ministry approaches that continually improve the way we do things. We believe that if we are fulfilling our mission, then growth will result in the lives of our members and in the number of people drawn to our fellowship.
Theme Passage: Isaiah 54:2-3: Enlarge the place of your tent and let the curtains of your habitations be stretched out; do not hold back; lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes. For you will spread abroad to the right and to the left and your offspring will possess the nations and will people the desolate cities. |
