Organizer Churches have high expectations for themselves regarding the efficient and timely delivery of programs. Organizer Churches do quite well in managing ministry structures, such as their Christian Education department, and making sure that programs run well. Because they are good communicators with strong opinions, people seldom have to guess where they stand on any given issue. They conduct their decision-making on the foundation of trustworthy facts and evidence of achievement and seek knowledge that assures them of being accurate in their presentation of truth. Organizer Church strengths include correctness, reliability, self-control, continuity, management and gaining understanding through their analytical abilities. They want truth presented in a logical manner that enables them to apply it to the concerns in their personal lives, church, and community. When serving in the community, Organizer Churches are likely to communicate clear standards and expectations.

Organizer Churches are called by God to take a solid, educationally-based approach to ministry that enables them to establish quality programs which appropriately challenge people with the eternal truths of the gospel. The focus on Scriptural truth through their preaching and teaching ministries and their desire for solid conversions enable these churches to reach and disciple those who want transformation in their lives so they might accomplish the purposes of the Lord.
